Circle S BBQ, located in Hudson, FL, is a casual barbecue joint that serves up a variety of delicious fare. Start off with an order of the Loaded Fries topped with pulled pork, cheese, and chives. Choose from smoked meats including chicken, pulled pork, brisket, ribs, and more. Circle S BBQ is open Monday through Saturday from 11 am to 9 pm, and Sunday from 11 am to 8 pm.

If you’re looking for good local southern bbq then this is the place. They smoke all their meats right here for 12 to 18 hours. Their bbq is tender, and moist, with a subtle smoke flavor. They have a great selection on the menu. One of my favorites is their bbq nachos! – Aaron L.
I walked into a very pleasant and clean dining room with a southern charm atmosphere. The portions are generous and the cornbread is the best away from home.
